As project lead, I was responsible for managing the coordination and progress of the project, which focused on accessibility and inclusive design. The main reference document was the Guide on Building Accessibility in Québec.
I conducted most of the research, compiled and synthesized the findings, and drafted the majority of the report’s sections. I also refined the document’s structure and content, designed the layout and visuals, and ensured the clarity and accessibility of the final deliverable. My responsibilities went beyond project management, covering the design and finalization of the document.
