Login screens description
As a customer using the portal, I want to be able to login using my mobile number and OTP, so that I can access the portal and its features securely.
Home screens description
As a customer using the portal, I want to easily find nearby convenience stores on the Home screen, so that I can quickly locate stores that are marked as “Parked” and access their details.
Convenience Store Screens description
As a customer using the portal, I want to access information about a convenience store, view its product list, and initiate a chat with the store merchant, so that I can make informed choices and inquire about products or services.
Profile Screens description
As a user of the application, I want to be able to manage my profile details, review the privacy policy, and log out of the application securely.
Chat Screens description
As a customer using the portal, I want to be able to communicate with convenience stores, view message history, and manage my conversations efficiently, so that I can have a seamless and interactive experience with the stores.
Push notifications screens description
Push notifications should be triggered when a new message is received in any of the active conversations.
Back end errors screens description
Backend errors occur when a connection cannot be established between a load balancer and the hosts that traffic is routed to. A cohesive and friendly branding look is achieved with the chosen mascot.
Operator platform
The operator platform is used by the mobile store owners. It is also part of the equipment needed to make the sales transactions and check the inventory.
