Objective: To get university students, housewives, or retired individuals to click on a link to hire starting from $1,000 pesos
Solution: In order to allow customers to identify their needs in our services, I propose the following:
- Create profiles or representative personas of our target customers.
- Describe their needs, motivations, and frustrations.
- Explain the reasons why they would choose our service, from their unique perspective.
- Use inclusive language in communication.
- Call-to-action buttons should propose something beneficial to users to understand the service, such as a consultation with an expert.
- Offer other forms of assistance, such as a simulator or chatbot, for those who prefer not to speak with a representative.
- Propose various types of personalized assistance tailored to the specific needs of each type of user.
